SOS Pulse PointsThe Pulse Points screen displays the current performance levels of key performance indicators. The performance level of each indicator is categorized as acceptable (Green), questionable (Yellow), or unacceptable (Red), based on criteria set in the ppoints configuration file (see "Pulse Points - SOSADVIC File").To access the Pulse Points Screen from any SOS display screen:Type S from the SOS Enter command: prompt or press the function key F7 - SCREEN MENU to view the Screen Selection Menu. From the Screen Selection Menu, type Z (Pulse Points Screen). An example of this screen is shown in Figure 10.1.

Data items displayed in the Pulse Points screen are described in "SOS/3000 Pulse Points". If the meaning of a pulse point indicator is unclear, please refer to the documentation for the indicator’s corresponding SOS screen. For example, for information about the Page Fault indicator, refer to "SOS Memory Detail".
The pulse points indicators are configurable. For configuration guidelines, refer to "Pulse Points - SOSADVIC File".
